Rose Bleu
Boutis framed with free-motion quilting
”Rose Bleu” integrates both traditional French boutis and contemporary machine quilting.
This boutis design, completed in 2022, was inspired by the South Transept of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. It is done in the traditional hand stitched style, inset in a machine quilted border.
